Seascape Paintings

This is a selection of seascape oil paintings, spanning a period of five decades. They were all painted, always en plein air, during the summer months at some of the painter’s most favourite and inspirational locations, such as the villages of Posidi, Olympiada, Fourka and Siviri in Chalkidiki, and at Arestsou and Mihaniona bays on the outskirts of Thessaloniki. It is also where he spent countless hours fishing and writing throughout his life.
