Refund and Returns Policy

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns due to change of mind)

You have the right to return the products purchased, without penalty and without being required to state the reason for the return, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

The withdrawal declaration must be sent in writing (either by email or by registered mail) to our headquarters and/or to our email address: fineart@loustas.com.

Terms of Application:

The 14-day period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the products.

The product must be returned in the excellent condition in which it was received, complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

If the product was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned.

Shipping costs for returning the product due to withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Refund Process

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, we are obligated to refund the price received for the product (excluding additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard method we offer). Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once the transaction is completed.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the products back. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Returns Due to Defect or Incorrect Order

In case you receive a defective product or the wrong item (different from what you ordered):

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the store, and the return must be made via our partner courier company.

We will provide a replacement of the product or a full refund.

4. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped (i.e., it is still in the processing stage). Please contact us immediately at +30 6973 037 621 or email fineart@loustas.com with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, the Right of Withdrawal procedure (Section 1) shall apply.
